Abstract
A new Absorbing Boundary Condition (ABC) scheme with excellent Absorbing performance is proposed in this paper. It is constructed by an Artificial Attenuate Technology combining with the convention ABC. The reflections of the new ABC less than -105 dB and the fluctuation less than .5 dB over full Ka-band (21.5-42 GHz) have been observed in the calculational examples
