  • Abstract
The presentation highlights the impact of a maritime patrol aircraft radar antenna pattern and signal processing system parameters on the specifications and performance parameters of electronic attack systems used for ship self-protection in a maritime environment. It also describes a Modelling and Simulation tool developed by Electronic Warfare and Radar Division of Defence Science and Technology Organisation, Australia. This tool can be used for the prediction of jamming effects on the airborne radar performance by electronic attack systems currently available on the market or under development.
