Abstract :
Debt finance can help SMEs get fund, which is good for the growth of SMEs. But the credit risk brought by debt finance can also influence SMEs, most of which is latent and unaware. So, some fast growing SMEs depending on debt finance too much may appear "growing feint", their fast growing is just a flash in the pan.
