  • Abstract
    Aimed at the dual biofunctional membrane comprised with carrier layer and sensing layer used in BioFET(Bio Field Effect Transistor) nowadays, this paper designed a kind of novel one-layer membrane comprising polypyrrole and urease with electrochemical method, which can replace traditional double-layer membrane, and give a new method for the design of the functional membrane of BioFET. The BioFET sensor show a linearity of 0.9995 in the urea concentration range of 10-7 mol/L~10-3mol/L, and a high sensitivity of 45.9mV/pUrea was obtained.
