Abstract :
Dual mechanical ports electric machine (DMPM) is applied as an electrical variable transmission (EVT) in hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) [1-5]. DMPM is a composite structure integrated with two motors which are called inner motor and outer motor. In this paper, a simulation model which is used for power parameters´ matching design is built in Matlab, then an optimal method by adjusting the working point of internal combustion engine (ICE) is researched, and the simulation model is used to verify the optimal method in the end.
