Abstract
In this paper, the application of the multiple-section equivalent line concept to a stepped coupling symmetric 90-degree coplanar coupler has been investigated. Two designs of 80% bandwidth, 20 dB isolation, 6-dB and 10-dB three-section coplanar directional couplers constructed on 0.025 inch thick Alumina substrates are demonstrated in this paper
