Abstract
This paper presents a method to compensate the measurement errors which can be introduced by current and voltage transformers. Motivated by the development of an accurate real-time power quality meter, a compensation scheme was developed and implemented as a digital filter. An example of the reduction of measurement error from the uncompensated to the compensated case is shown
