Abstract
Under the influence of e-business direct marketing channel on traditional supply chain, in manufacturer-traditional retailer supply chain system, the supply chain member and system return of the optimal pricing and stocking strategies are analyzed. There are three kinds of situation: Firstly, pricing respectively by retailer; secondly, pricing by manufacturer; finally, system pricing through the principle of optimal channel coordination. The last one is the better than the other two.
