Abstract
Based on the job satisfaction theories, this paper studied the influence factors of the job satisfaction from knowledge workers in service line, and received 117 effective answered questionnaires. Data analysis showed that the factors affecting the job satisfaction of knowledge workers included leadership behavior and organizational atmosphere, working environment and condition, job itself and material reward from job.
