Abstract :
Managing resources to meet service level agreements is more complex in 3G networks because of the underlying W-CDMA technology. This paper introduces the use of CBR in part of the intelligent agent management system managing resources. CBR uses information from previously managed situations to maintain the QoS in order to meet the SLAs. The results demonstrate a useful technique in this context.
