Abstract
The long-term studies for the expansion of the generation system seek to make the distribution of primary energetic resources mandatory involving different growth scenes of the electric power market, technological development and generation costs. This paper presents a methodology for decision-making in studies involving energy saving by using the fuzzy inference processes. Some criteria and technical-economical parameters used in the planning of the generation expansion are shown with an illustrative example
