Abstract
This study examines the effect of two major authoring technologies upon the development of e-learning material. Supported by interviews with an instructor and analysis of the developed learning material, this study provides practical quality and quantity results and serves as an initial step in gauging the effect of authoring technologies. This study also intends to point out the interrelationship between authoring technology, pedagogical concerns, and available resources.
