Study of total city-safety management pattern in Chinese background

Recently, Crises frequently happen in cities and always result in severe consequences; these phenomena have sparked a series of negative effects to the society. And how to react to the problems has raised new requirements and challenges to the academic field. Different from other traditional researches on city safety management, this paper mainly seek to establish Total City-safety Management Pattern (TCM), combine key stakeholders with governmental authorities and corporation network, and build analysis frames on city safety management process, finally, provide related practical activities with theoretical references.
