Abstract :
An exchange coupled multilayer stack, proposed as a quarterly state logic-in-memory structure, is presented in this study. Fundamental device operations have been numerically demonstrated with micromagnetic simulations. Results confirm the frequency dependence of magnetization reversal in high density magnetic recording.
