Abstract :
Food consumption warning is an important measure to ensure food safety. There are two serious problems in the current food consumption warning: 1) conceptual confusion and unclear releasing rights of food consumption warning; 2) simultaneously lack-warning and over-warning. In order to increase the seriousness and effectiveness of food warning system, the relevant concepts should be clearly defined, the releasing rights should be standardized, websites and newspapers publish consumption warning information should be designated and the transparency of food regulation should be increased.
