Abstract :
As more and more widely used of 3D data, coupled with the general 3D scene has huge amount of data and the limitation of current network speed and client computing capacity, resulting in greatly delay and a high bit error rate or packet loss rata when user is browsing 3D data. In this paper, we use Unequal Error Protection (UEP) encoding method for transport 3D data based on Region of Interest Coding to avoid the influence of bit error rate and packet loss as far as possible, meet the require of interaction and personalization .
