  • Abstract
    Abilities to predict the electromotive force and inductances are very important parameters in order to determine generator output operating points. This paper presents an analytical method to predict the electromotive force and inductances of an axial flux permanent magnet synchronous generator. Analysis was performed by quasi-3D machine model for single sided slotless axial flux generator. A series calculation to find machine parameters was implemented in software and the results are compared to experiment results.
