Abstract :
The ICDE Ph.D. Workshop 2011 took place in conjunction with the 27th International Conference on Data Engineering in Hannover, Germany. The goal of the ICDE Ph.D. Workshops is to provide a forum for Ph.D. students to present ongoing research in a collaborative environment and share ideas with other young researchers in an international atmosphere. Participants discuss their research ideas and results, and receive constructive feedback from an audience consisting of their peers as well as more senior researchers in their respective research areas.
