Abstract :
This paper presents a number of radio integrated circuits from the last decade: a BiCMOS RFIC for DECT applications with focus on robust VCO design, a CMOS SoC for Bluetooth applications, the clock jitter requirements for a sigma-delta ADC in a Software Defined Receiver and a Software Defined Transmitter for WLAN and Bluetooth.
