Abstract :
In this study, feasibilities of HTTP specific acceleration and TCP optimization in mobile network are analyzed through comparisons. Based on these analyses, practicable accelerator architectures for Web latency reduction are presented. Furthermore, we proposed that a boost in performance is feasible by either deploying cooperative proxies with concurrent connection or combining the characteristics of wireless links and networks.
