Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Many factors cause the difficulty of graduated students´ employment. Entrepreneurship is the effective approach of expanding employment and solving method, while the ability of innovation is the key. College students enterprising can´t be separated from cultivation of innovative ability. In order to improve the ability for the college students, colleges should strengthen the creative education and eesteem the individual development so as to create favorable conditions in all aspects.
