Abstract :
The author describes a program proposes technical education for which telecommunication systems and networks, granting a Bachelor of Technology in telecommunication management. The goal of this program is to encompass many diverse technologies for modern telecommunication systems, physical principles of telecommunications technology, electronic signals, transmission media, modulation, multiplexing, telephony, switching, and analog and digital systems. The program further focuses on the planning, development and policy strategies for managing telecommunication networks. Other management topics considered are cost control analysis methods, operation management, system specification, evaluation and selection procedures, and regulatory environment. This program would provide the upper two years of a "two plus two" model, with a strong engineering hardware base to include requirements for accreditation by ABET
