Abstract
The paper presents a novel modulated smart power filter and energy miser for efficient electric utilization of nonlinear loads. The filter is controlled by a dynamic tracking current/ripple regulator to ensure minimum energy consumption, efficient energy conservation and improved feeder current and load voltage power quality
