Abstract :
With the development of world economy, it is more and more common for women to become self-employed. But there is little research on the female entrepreneurship in the academic field. This paper analyze the influence of gender difference on the characteristics of entrepreneurship from such five aspects as the motivation of entrepreneurship, the leading style as the entrepreneur, the selection of the industry, the size of entrepreneurship, and the channel of financing. Wish to provide some theoretical help for the domestic deep research on the female entrepreneurship.
