  • Abstract
The article outlines and empirically tests a model of the moderating effect that governance form has on entrepreneurship-performance relationship. A sample of 65 high-tech new business venture was used to exam whether there is different effect between strategic alliance and mergers and acquisition on the relationship between corporate technological entrepreneurship and its financial performance. The result shows that alliance governance form positively moderates the relationship between corporate technological entrepreneurship and performance, but mergers and acquisitions governance form negatively moderates it.
