Abstract :
A first filter further JPEG compression method is proposed to eliminate the relevance discrepancy in the digital image with noise. The experimental results show that it can reduce the average code length while image object fidelity is superior to the classical JPEG compression method. It also demonstrated that this algorithm has some advantages that codec process being simple, fast and less error.
