Abstract
The recent trend towards outsourcing of logistics activities emphasizes the importance of the Logistics Service Provider. As a result, all Logistics firms that provide 3PL services are situated on a special position in the supply chain. This particular position requires us to have a new point of view on the organizational innovation of Logistics firms - the extern-organizational viewpoint; this new angle is the LSP-client relationship. The object is to prove the pertinence between the relationship orientation and organizational innovation by proposing an influence model, which applies organizational learning as a medial variable, in the supply chain. The model will be further discussed with hypothesis and their statistical results.
