Abstract :
High-voltage conductivity and dielectric hysteresis was investigated for oriented films of ferroelectric copolymer of vinylidenefluoride and tetrafluoroethylene with 94/6 composition under the bipolar triangular field with frequencies of 0.1-0.01 Hz. Our data confirm the hypothesis proposed by von Seggern and Fedosov according to which it is necessary to distinguish the quick and slow polarization stages and the latter is being controlled just by space charge.
