Abstract
A recently-developed addition to the methods is the Monte Carlo technique (MC). In MC, the LIMM integral equation is written as a summation over a number of spatial positions. These are selected randomly and the electric field is calculated at each of these points using least-squares. This process is repeated a very large number of times and the results are averaged to give the distribution. In this paper, ST and MC will be applied to simulated data in order to compare their accuracies.
