Abstract :
This paper introduces the RF-EMS automatic test software developed by the author. In order to expend the scope of application, the RF-EMS automatic test software is designed to be compatible with many kinds of instruments used in the RF-EMS test made by different companies. In view of the general purpose, the paper explains the design thought and realization method. In addition, the feature of the software is described in detail.
