A dual way to design a navigation menu; concrete `storylines´ combined with a negotiation process

To design navigation menu about environmental and safety issues, a method with ´storylines´ is combined with a negotiation process based on the available information. To confront the design with the costumers needs, a forum discussion with these costumers is organised. The results of this combined method were very satisfactory. The storylines brought the material back to the working processes and information of the units and the negotiation process made it possible to achieve a broad commitment. The final forum discussion was a helpful confrontation with the costumers.
