Abstract :
The shape recognition serial algorithm of Shape Context and parallel processing platform of CUDA are studied in this paper. According to multi-processor pipepine characteristics of CUDA platform, the Shape Context algorithm is made to be adapted to CUDA platform. Through paralleling algorithm, the higher implementation of precision and more than 130-fold speedup are obtained. The purpose of dealing with the real-time processing of the huge amounts of data on face recognition is satisfied.
