Abstract :
How knowledge management promotes organizational performance currently is worth to be deeply researched. At the knowledge management angle of view, this study did academic and empirical researches on the relationship between knowledge creation, capacity of management and organizational performance with the sample of 400 high-tech companies by the method of SEM. It concluded that knowledge creation can improve the creative capacity for companies evidently, but have no significant effect on foundation facility capacity. Moreover, creation capacity rather than process and foundation facility capacity contributes a lot to organizational performance.
