Abstract :
The research on computer electromagnetic leakage draws more and more attention in the modern electromagnetic field. The study on testing and processing approaches of leakage signal is not only a subject considered by the Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC), but also the essential techniques for security (TEMPEST) and anti-steal of computer information. This paper presents frequency domain testing method and the research of its practical testing based on the GTEM device. It also provides the acquisition method of temporal signal and its analysis.
