Abstract :
In this paper, we research and analyze the radio and television system for transcoding video material actual needs, combining the development of distributed computing and cloud computing technology, and create a suitable video broadcasting system, shared transfer code solutions. The system is in global station network environment, using the MapReduce tool in the programming framework, and FFMPEG encoding format for conversion of video materials. This video segmentation strategy based on actual user requests for transcoding video in distributed client format conversion, and the video formats adaptive mechanism to achieve a video format conversion in various systems and applications within a global station network environment to build an efficient adaptive video materials format conversion platform, to be able to share video materials between the various departments in the television.
