Abstract
The object of this article is to establish if solar emissions can have consequences on the levels of power measured in places of weak latitudes compared to the equipment working out the solar index of activity. For that, we jointly use the results collected by the CTSN network and the solar indices of radiation Ap. The purpose of the network is to better understand the noise in the VLF/LF range. The equipment of acquisition is intended to record the amplitude of the vertical electric field (Ev) from 10 kHz to 80 kHz. They have collected this type of data for several years.
