  • Abstract
Nowadays, alien species have become a threat to human existence and social sustainable development. An effective way to prevent them from spreading is Inspection and Quarantine. Focusing on this subject, we design and implement a digital integrated service platform which serves the Inspection and Quarantine Bureau. Based upon the web services, the system realizes information exchange and sharing of biological specimens. Through using the platform, the staff can retrieve the detailed information of biological specimens in various ways, and meanwhile solve the problems encountered in practice easily, accurately and timely. Moreover, the staff, through adopting the platform, can instantaneously communicate with remote experts, and get the results immediately, which realize the sharing of talent.
