Abstract :
The subject of this paper is to introduce the SIMULINK behavior models for simulation and verification which are constructed in our laboratory to help speed up the learning process of designing DC-DC switching converter circuits using special purpose control ICs. The accordance of the simulation and experimental results for both transient and steady-state responses make these SIMULINK modules very effective teaching aids for basic power electronics courses. With the help of these behavior models, students can learn faster and more practical issues in designing a switching converter circuit.
