Abstract :
Managing knowledge implies exchange, sharing and communication. In this paper we present a proposal based on a specification of communities of practices (CoPs) functioning. This concept refers to an abstract regrouping of knowledge emerging. This proposal relates to the application of Agents Technologies at the principal stages of CoPs functioning. First time we will give a definition of CoPs, and then a case study on which our work will take support will be detailed. We will analyze the convergence of the two concepts and then exposing the characteristics of CoPs to which Technologies Agents will be applied. Thereafter we will expose our organizational model and the concepts specification of agents´ communication and cooperation and their behaviors more precisely the behavior that they adopt according to the roles they play. At end an example of an interaction protocol and our architecture will presented.
