Abstract :
Multi-body system dynamic analysis and transient analysis of finite element were used reciprocally in crankshaft strength calculation. Firstly, this paper made the experimental modal analysis and theoretical modal analysis for the crankshaft, it verified th e enough precision of crankshaft finite element model; Secondly, this paper resulted th e position and time stress curve of crankshaft´s maximum stress during the engine working by multi-body system dynamic analysis and transient analysis of finite element respectively; Lastly, the same trend, the same position and like numerical value of crankshaft´s maximum stress were embodied i n multi-body systems analysis and finite element analysis. The result of calculation proves the same precision of rigid-flexible multi-body system dynamic analysis and transient analysis of finite element in crankshaft strength calculation.
