Measure of the maturity of the project portfolio of the enterprise: State of the art and process improvement

The enterprise manages daily a set of strategies and resources around two major issues: the production value and a continuous process to produce value. It is therefore constantly brought to think and act to transform. These transformations are concretely realized through one or more project portfolios. Thus, maturity measurement systems and other certification standards of management system have been created to support the enterprise in the control of processes and the creation of value by the projects. This paper seeks to provide a state of the art of the reference measurement of maturity, focusing on those related to project portfolios. It also proposes the study of a system for measuring and operating the project maturity and its adaptation to project portfolios.
