Abstract
This paper describes the conceptual model on corporate culture and knowledge management. Based on the 7-s model, this paper conceptualizes corporate culture, and conceives a model that describes the corporate cultural change process. A second model is offered for corporate cultural change in the context of knowledge management implementation where self-imposing mechanism plays a critical role. The paper finally delineates the innovation stages embedded in the second model and proposes possible measures for corporate cultural change at each stage. The results show that there is a significant correlation between corporate cultural change and knowledge management, and there are possible measures for corporate cultural change in the context of knowledge management.
