Abstract :
The electromagnetic (EM) emission over 30 MHz ∼1000 MHz is studied on the electronic pricing scale with and without metallic-sprayed cases. Results show that the metallic-sprayed cases can reduce the EM emission 22.5 dB μm/m at the very most, average reduction is 16.1 dB μm/m from an electronic pricing scale. The EM radiation attenuation models are developed based on the experiments. The errors of the attenuation models to the experiments are less than 5 dB μm/m, the relative errors is less than 10%.
