Abstract :
The hot die steel contacted with hot metal are easy to produce surface cracks with higher impact and heating and cooling repeated.. This paper uses the electromagnetic heating effect theory,It pulse discharge which make the crack tips passivated and form welded joints to prevent further expansion of the crack.Then using loser cladding repairs the cracks.Consequently, the hot die steel could be arrested and repaired.
