            Abstract : 
In this paper, a novel model of crosstalk in ultra-high-frequency microstrip transmission lines is proposed. Analogous to dielectric relaxation considerations of Cole-Cole diagrams as applied to dielectric materials, a "reactive relaxation" concept is introduced to represent the frequency-dependent characteristics of coupled microstrip lines. Relevant algorithms are useful in computer-aided circuit designs.
