Abstract :
In this paper we present an extension of the method based on the mode matching technique to analyze the ferrite phase shifter using ridged/grooved waveguide which has not been rigorously analyzed. Experimental tests have been carried out in order to verify the method. With higher modes considered, this method is superior to those in literatures published before.
