Abstract :
This paper outlines the general idea of calculation method of the direct energy consumption in heat treatment processes. The method is based on the energy consumption´s equation, presented as a function of the equipment utilization factor k. The proposed method makes possible to create the computer calculation´s system of the energy consumption, that can be applied for heat treatment processes already used in industrial practice or being at a stage of designing
