Abstract :
Quality Tracing is applied for automobile industry and can realize quality problem close loop as an important path and way. In this paper the following has been presented: adopting RFID technology can commendably realize data collecting in an assembly process in quality tracing. Meanwhile, the tracing steps concerning assembly quality problems have been set up. For an assembly process, the content and the path against collecting data for faulty parts, based on RFID, have been provided. With examples shown gearbox assembly, a technical application based on RDID is provided as a reference to the colleagues, who are researching quality tracing of automobile industry.
