A love of travel—Demonstration project of Sun-Moon Lake importing ITS/telematics

By means of innovative thinking and ideas, telematics technology is applied to offer intelligent information and services and promote i3 Travel ideas for travel and leisure. Based on the concepts of “information integration” and “initiative service”, real-time and location-based transportation and travel information and seamless public transportation quality are provided. The entire information system of i3 Travel is planned; the travel and visiting information service is planned and established; subjects related to public transportation, parking management and low-carbon tourism services are discussed; and the Sun-Moon Lake national scenic area is taken as the demonstration object used as reference for domestic visiting recreation areas subsequently importing ITS/Telematics.
