Abstract :
This paper deals with the coordination of product planning and transportation scheduling for multi level structured factory. The whole problem is divided into product/transportation sub problems and transfer routing sub problems. In the scheduling of product/transportation, transportation time is assume to be a tentative value and SA method is used to make the schedule. In the routing, solution is derived by an autonomous decentralized optimization method referring predetermined product/transportation schedule. Then, the tentative transfer time is modified using the routing results. Iterative application of these procedures result in the coordinated product planning and transportation schedules.
